how does a buyer ask for a payment total before paying if from usa

HI there,

it seems when some customers buy they can ask for a payment total before paying so i can adjust shipping to correct combined amount but others seem to be forced into going to paypal to pay on each item. Can some help me so i can tell them (customers) how to find the ask for payment total buton or procedure?

Do you have immediate payment required on any listings?

If yes then they have to pay for each purchase as it is not sold till payment is made.
