Buyer is saying that the link to receiving my invoice is not working. Haven't done anything differen . What happens is he can't access the invoice to pay.
The buyer may be using a mobile device. I had a buyer the other day who was using an iPad and was receiving no invoice notification but when they logged in on a computer the invoices were there.
You could let them know that you have adjusted postage and they can click on Pay Now in their My eBay.
