A person has bought my apple tv. I'm still awaiting payment

The person who won the auction has emailed me saying thaat they "want to pay by direct debit. Can !?".

I replied to them saying use paypal or direct deposit.

He then replied "it won't let me".

Do you think I'm being scammed? I find it strange how short they are in their correspondence. And also, how am I suppose to help with his IT issues. 

What should be my next move. I wanted to sell it before Christmas, now I'm just annoyed.

The buyer only has 2 transcations recorded.

It's payment by direct deposit not direct debit.

Can you ask for cash upon pickup?

They are paying for delivery, COD is not an option.

Surely they understand the difference between, direct deposit and direct debit?

This is what baffles me? Are they being honestly naive or are they being annoying for the sake of it?

Send him / her your Bank details BSB Acc # and tell him to deposit $$ . They may be confused with the Checkout Procedure.

COD and cash upon pickup are two different things.

I also have some customers asking for bank details, as they can't work it out, although mine are online.

So I just send it to them, and have had no problems. Just make sure you send it reg.some people don't believe in PP.
