I got an order there was some problems with, so I needed to cancel the order.
So I thought if I just refunded him over PayPal it would be marked as a cancelled order, but I later realise that when I cancel the order over eBay it wants me to pay back the money for the item.
I obviously don't want to pay that money again, because I already refunded my buyer, so I would be losing a lot of money by that.
Now eBay has taken the money for the order and I lost the money.
What should I do, the Live Chats don't work.
