All eBay listing vanished on Codisto

Hi

All of sudden  all my eBay listing via Codisto ended and vanished, had not any products available for sale, My product grid on Codisto is empty

Has anyone experiencing same problem at the moment or in past?

Any resolution or recomended solution please?

Contacted Codisto support which they replied on email to look into it but their response is very slow normally and this incident is super critical

when entering your store I get: 1202 results....however when I go to 'view listings' I get 1498 results (am in Adelaide & using Chrome)

Just went back via store & got 2175 results??

Go to HELP at top of page & have ebay ring you or ring them.....or do a 'live chat' ( where you get a full transcript).....bizarre!!

View listings is now: 4888 - is there a 'lag'?

I have no idea what Codisto is but have you had your store in holiday mode? It takes up to 24 hours, sometimes even more, before all your listings are visible again.
