just a query. If a INR has been found in favour of the buyer and the seller appeals the decision, does the buyer see the appeal process, comments etc or is the appeal info kept between eBay and the seller.
I would imagine it is kept between the seller and Ebay, but an INR would only be in favour of the buyer if there is no tracking and there would be no room to appeal. Either there is tracking, or there isn't.
