Australia post increase pre paid satchels, advised ebay twice and no response

I have now advised ebay that Australia post have put up all their pre paid satchels and that these need to be reflected in their postage rates as buyer's are not paying enough upon a sale.  They haven't replied.  Any idea how to get them to fix this?

You can just change the cost on your listing.

I stopped using calculated postage years ago.

Given they are flat price satchels, why not, as suggested, use flat rate postage.

You can bulk edit them every year when the prices go up.

eBay doesn't listen when it comes to users requesting site upgrades, they still have options listed that Australia Post dropped a decade ago (Australia Post Standard + Registered hasn't existed since at least 2012, if not earlier, back when parcel tracking was still state of the art in Australia and an optional extra).

Likewise, I can't add a proper description for coins made after 2009 because there is still no category option for the 2010s decade, let alone 2020 - I have to list them under 2000s because that's as far as eBay allows. While the year itself can be manually typed in, the decade option shows the entire 1900s-2000s range but no further.
