Buyer hasn't paid and won't respond to sent messages...what do I do?

I'm new to selling so need a bit of advice.

A buyer hasn't paid, it's been four days, for an item I accepted an offer on, and hasn't responded to my emails.

Can I cancel and relist?

yes, but it has to be 4 days to the minute....go to cancel >>> choose buyer hasn't paid>>> relist
