Buyer hasn’t paid

Buyer bought an item but hasn’t paid. trying to cancel, have tried numerous times even waited after the 4 days.. eBay keeps saying in 2 hours we will get back to you that was 5 days ago now… help!

Yep, Just keeps saying “it can take 2 hours to process your request” but it’s been days.. I’ve tried 10 times 😞

Hmmm that's not good, I guess all you can do is keep trying until it goes through and the non-payer gets a well deserved strike against them.

Also what you could try is clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer in case it's a login loop on that process.

Super annoying that made an offer and then just never paid.. haha oh well. Thanks so much your help and those suggestions I’ll give them a shot 😊

I would even try another browser.

I use Brave as my default, but occasionally, due its security settings it won't perform certain functions. If that happens I just jump onto Chrome or Opera and then normally have no issue.
