Buyer tried to defraud using stolen credit card shipped to a different address.

I sold a 1900.00 item to a fraudster who tried to have me ship to a different name and address using someone elses credit card. Ebay and payment refunded my seller and Paypal refunded  fees. The fraudster buyer was allowed to leave negative feedback. Ebay says they cannot remove the negative.  What can I do?

If they have not paid then that is the reason you can get the feedback removed.

Call ebay and ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them it was a fraudulent purchase and you want the feedback removed.
