Can anyone help with this issue. A few buyers have contacted me and said that they were not able to bid on items that I had up for auction and received a message from ebay saying that they had already purchased the maximum amount of items from me for today. This is strange since the buyers had not bid on any items that I could tell. How can I fix this? Many thanks!
Check your buyer requirements as curraone has highlighted, a couple of years ago I found out after receiving a couple of emails that my block had reset to one item although I had it set much higher.
