Can I add a further amount and reissue an invoice

I need to add more postage and have already sent an invoice...can I add to the existing invoice or/how do I do an invoice for postage only?

You can send another invoice and adjust postage, it will override the old.

But is the buyer aware of the extra, as they are not obligated to paying more than in the listing?
