Hi,
I sold an item to a customer who requested pickup. I sent through the invoice - no problem.
He has now changed his mind and requested the item be shipped to him. I have gone into "resend invoice" and tried adding shipping amount to invoice in there. Every time I try to select a shipping option, or add shipping price, the page auto saves/refreshes and won't allow me to enter shipping.
Is there another way to do this? Am I doing this wrong?

I've had problems with this before using Firefox browser and had to log in on Microsoft Edge browser to do it properly.

if he has already paid he will have to send you shipping cost separately via paypal....if he hasn't paid but ticked the checkout complete box, he will have to untick it, so you can send a new invoice

It won't even let me click on "Add another service" - page just refreshes

Thanks for the tip - opened it up in Opera and everything worked fine! Problem was within Chrome
