Cancelling orders as a seller

Okay well this is pretty straight forward, i had a buyer purchase 3 things from me 5 days ago. i have tried to communicate with him but i get tomorrow will pay, so anyway if i cancelled those orders of his under the buyer did not pay selection, if he leaves negative feedback would i be able to get that negative feedback taken off, as i am only complying in what ebay has told me about cancelling orders after 4 days if buyer has not paid.

many thanks in advance

If they haven't paid, then there's been no transaction.

They can't leave feedback at all.

Cancel - unpaid item/s

And add them to your blocked bidders list so they can't pull the same stunt again

If they open a new ID and try that way, you can report them

After choosing the cancel process, this is the message you get from ebay:

...quoting

(seller), you cancelled this order

Hi (seller)

We’ve notified the buyer that their payment wasn’t made within the required time frame. Any applicable fees will be credited to your account, following our Fee credit policy.

Any Feedback left on this order will be removed.

There was a post from a member of 20 years which has since gone, demanding a cancellation.
