This has been an issue for me since I started selling again a few months ago.
When I send an invoice to a buyer, I check the box to receive a copy via email. To date, I have yet to receive a single copy.
Have checked, double checked, and triple checked all my selling preferences wherever I can find them. All seems in order.
The only way I can keep track of invoices sent to buyers is to write a note in the listing itself with the necessary details. This is time consuming, and often I forget to make a note of the invoice.
A while back, when investigating this issue, I came across an option on some seller account page where you choose to receive these invoice copies. Have spent ages trying to find this option again to double check that I do have the option turned on, but cannot find it again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why are you sending an invoice? Sounds like a lot of work

Need to send an invoice for combined items, otherwise some buyers pay for all the items separately, and that is even more time-consuming to try and recombine.
