I just sold an item that had a flat postage rate as well as a local pickup option. The buyer made an offer which I accepted but opted for local pickup. I mistakenly sent the invoice which included postage costs (not sure how I would have removed it anyway). I have let the buyer know to ignore postage costs. How do I fix the invoice to reflect no postage and avoid being charged commissionm on the postage?
