Closing an unpaid item case

I feel so dumb but can't for the life of me see where/how  to close the case.  It's been open for 4 days and I can see the details but nowhere can I see how to close it.

Closing an unpaid item case

When you go into the case from memory select "take action".

You will then be asked if you received payment, select no.

Closing an unpaid item case

Thanks kopes, when I do that I just get an option to 'receive fee credit' when there was no fee anyway as it was a free listing.  Maybe as it's just on the 4 days here I have to wait a bit longer?

btw in my avatar I'd just spent 2 hours at the hair dressers, lol.

Yes you have to wait until the exact 4-days passes to the very second before you will have the option to close the case.

Goto the resolution centre. Here is the link.

The fees you get back are the Final Value Fees (FVF) not your listing fee. You never get that back if any.

The FVF is charged to your account the minute a buyer commits to buy before they have actually paid.

So if you do not close the case ebay will keep your FVF.
