Coronavirus COVID-19 - Economic impact on eBay Sellers: Stock Logistics.

Over the last 3 months we have seen a much longer delay receiving stock from overseas suppliers with lead times now +3-4 weeks over normal times and I suspect even longer in future.  Through 2020 in the middle of the pandemic our shipping lead times blew out only 1-2 weeks.

We have been following one root cause, lack of containers and this article from the New York Times follows up on the problem.  With no short term fix we have started doing medium term orders with suppliers to get ahead of the curve.

I have had no issue with receiving stock, Only at the start of the pandemic. ever since its been fine.You need to get better suppliers haha

I don't source my stock from overseas, so I have not had any issues.
