Customer paid for items but hasn't picked them up despite repeated attempts (like 50!) to contact?

Customer paid for 16 x rolls of fabric back in early April 2016. Sale just over $1,000 in total. Customer didn't pay for delivery as requested pickup. Have made repeated attempts to contact - email, telephone and even posted letter - without reply. Customer's goods specially prepared, wrapped and put aside for them given they'd paid in full. Can see from feedback that customer appears to be a very active eBayer with 100's of comments (all positive). Something doesnt seem right here! Not really sure what should do next? Anyone had similar experience? If so, how was matter resolved?

Try posting this on the selling board.

Option 1 -

Most states laws on abandoned goods is either 60 or 90 days and provided you give notice of disposal 28 days prior, you can give them to charity or throw them out.

Option 2 - Message them again stating they have 48 hours to contact you regarding pick up.

If no response, refund in PayPal minus your fees and packaging/restocking fee. (part refund)

Your eBay n PayPal fees would be just under 13% and I would charge a further 5% restocking fee.

Remember to add them to your BBL.
