Just wondering if anyone has had this happen.
I've just tried to initiate a postage label via eBay and I get a pop-up warning window saying there is an issue with the buyer's address. I read on and "eBay" has changed the buyer's state from Victoria to NSW. Ok, say I change it back to Victoria only to then get another pop-up window saying I may not be covered under Seller Protection Policy.
Why would eBay change this. I checked the "view purchase details" and buyer's address is correct showing Victoria. The invoice I generated and sent to the buyer is also correct.
Got me stumped on this one!
