Ebay can take upto three days to act upon complaints and in the meantime others thinks it's OK to do the same.
There is some nasty stuff going around.

There are lots of listings from scammers, wrong categories, fakes, illegal and prohibited items on this site,(getting
them removed is an impossible task at times).

Scammer that was reported over a month ago: 171568599728

The listing that is still up is pornographic and for that reason I won't list the item number.

Scammer that was reported over 2 weeks ago and the negs are starting to hit: 331417476470 Dunno how many times I reported this one too. Looking at the item as described DSR, I'd say his selling privileges have been restricted. 6 feedback and DSR of 3, defect city!
Scammer that was reported over a month ago: 171568599728 Looks like the negs are starting to roll in for this one too.

That was an odd one, in that the score was zero. Yet when you look at feedback as a seller, it was all negative. Probably balanced by the 3 positives.
But....even one of the positives from a seller was really a negative, from over 6 months ago by the sounds of it, saying it was a false account.
I'm not sure why people are allowed to keep selling when they get a string of unrelenting negatives. I looked at one of the links there-may have been seller 2, and it looked to have 17 negs in the last month and a couple of neutral, but also 16 positives (not all of them all that positive in tone though). Wouldn't you think there could be some sort of automated system on ebay so that if a seller suddenly starts getting more negs than positives, some alarm bells are raised and selling is stopped pending investigation?
