Free listing were offered via email for 7 days starting 26/2

I have accepted an offer via email from ebay to get unlimited free listings for 7 days starting 26/2/19. When I am listing an item it is showing a fee of $1.65.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem.?

Plus others have mentioned the t&c say one thing on one line and then the opposite in the next line

I personally do not believe 'tech staff are looking at it' because that is a standard CS lie to get rid of pesky people with questions

I received this promo and am listing items no charge,but if I try to relist an item it is $1.65.Loooked up T&C and it says no relists.Hope this helps.
