i think they are all done by invitation only now, so unless you got an email from ebay offering you free listings, then you only get your initial freebies per month (if you qualify). Some sellers get the offers & some don't, i have had heaps this year probably because i haven't listed much & they are trying to entice me back (fat chance of that after May anyway).
