Had a dispute about non arrival of item ,customer neglected to look at tracking info Nor did PayPal

I had a dispute from a customer that hadnt received the item ,(which is fair enough! ) But how about they look at the REGISTERED POST TRACKING number before launching a case . Paypal could / should do the same before reversing charges .

There isnt enough Seller protection & Im thinking about moving on from here ๐Ÿ˜ž

Any ideas or thoughts from this wonderful community would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks Upset & Frustrated

Josh

IMO the best thing to do so you can get any defect or negative feedback left by the buyer removed is escalate dispute to a claim and upload proof of addressee from lodgement paperwork and proof of post (tracking number) for Paypal.

Yeah did that & also reminded Paypal not to act to hastely in jumping on the buyer's bandwagon. Result dispute reversed
