I am sure I have not read that Ebay has Increased Fees again for Listings.
I was using a couple of my 40 Free Listings today and noticed this Message :- You've qualified for a free insertion fee and have saved AU $1.65. 
Is this tied up with GST increase if so Ebay Fees assisted by the Govt are getting out of hand.

Yes it is. And you obviously WERE advised as you know what it is about. Understandable, given the number of threads about it in the last few weeks.
The Government has a legislated right to charge GST on services to Australians, which this is. Be thankful that you haven't been paying it for the last 17 years.
And, you are not actually paying it unless and until you pay for listings. It also applies to FVF, so you will be paying.
