Have to change postage information on sold item

Have sold an item with free postage now buyer wants Express Postage at $3.00 extra.  How do I change the invoice?

Given the sale has been invoiced.

I would simply sent a request through PayPal for the $3 outstanding. postage.

That would be if of course they are paying via that method.

Have you checked the sold item and see if there is a drop down for SEND INVOICE or SEND REVISED INVOICE?  and if so, send the invoice again, changing the postage

and remember - DO NOT HIT RECALCULATE, which reverts back to the old price -

just preview and submit.
