Help Please - Having trouble opening my messages & drop down tabs?

Hi all, could someone please tell me if this is a problem with Ebay or my settings on computer? I cant open my messages at all & cant open my drop down tabs on sold items unless I access them from opening the actual listing. please advise 🙂 thanks in advance.

Have not had any troubles like that here.

I would recommend trying a different web browser.

Or clearing out your cache and cookies on the browser you are using.

If you are using IE then dump it as its not really compatible with ebay.

Change over to Google Chrome.
