Help! Suggested similar sale items only. Can’t create new listing.

Help, when selling an item, and I enter in, eg. “Ladies Size 10 dress”, it comes up with a few suggested items like mine to help me with my listing. If my item is not like them, I can usually select the option “can’t find yours, Create new listing.” This option though is sometimes missing and I am stuck selecting an item that is nothing like mine. Why does this option sometimes disappear?? Thx

Why don't you just type in your own title?

the option to "continue without selecting a product" should always be there. alternatively, when you're typing, it should bring up category options in a drop-down list which you can select from, or simply "start with this title." 

selecting either of these options should take you to the listing page where you put in all of the details of your listing. if it's not appearing, i dare say the problem is on your end. i would try a different browser, or clearing the browsing data in the browser you're using and try again :]
