How do I edit an invoice to a buyer so i can add the postage cost?

I can no longer find the tools that I use to using this new seller hub. It takes so long to find things and wastes a lot of time to use. I have looked and looked for over an hour now to find where and how to send an invoice or resend an invoice to a buyer who bought an item and selected pickup and now wants me to post. So I need to edit and resend the invoice. Can someone please guide me how to find this tool like so many other tools and actions that use to be so easy to find and use before the introduction of seller hub.

Just create another listing specifically for that buyer that covers the postage cost and send them the link.

Ok, that sounds like a good idea, however how can I prevent anyone else from purchasing the product while I am waiting for the original buyer to remake the purchase?

Did you cancel the original transaction? Is that what you mean by waiting for buyer to remake the purchase?

go to your sold item & send a new invoice...ORDERS....AWAITING POSTAGE....dropdown menu....send invoice

Make a listing that says something like "Reserved for buyer postage - (insert first name of buyer)" in the title.

For an image, you can just put a screenshot of the word "reserved", or whatever. It doesn't matter.

Then send the link of the listing to the buyer.
