I have a transaction that I thought I'd cancelled.
I went thru all the cancellation process, and today the money has been paid to my bank account.
I cant honour the transaction, which is why I cancelled it.
I need to refund this person, and I cant see how I'm supposed to do this.
Please help. There seems to be no way of contacting ebay to sort this mess out.
Thanks

Go to the item on the sold items page in the seller hub and there should be a dropdown arrow on the left of the item. Click on that and there should be the option to refund. If you're using the app, then I have no idea, sorry.

Thanks for the response, the only option I get from that drop down box is 'View Payment Details'.
I think because the transaction has gone thru that option is no longer available.

I presume it's the item you sold on 8th June, if that's the case you are right on the 30 day limit for a refund.
Why on earth has it taken you so long to want to cancel ?
Go to the link below and scroll to the bottom to talk to a CS rep, you should ask for a supervisor as soon as you are able to.
