How to block a buyer once they've placed a bid?

I have a bid on an item and the seller has in his feedback a non payment for a car won by him, How do I block this buyer after he has posted a bid?.

Simply cancel his bid and add his ebay ID to you BBL.

If the bidder has a negative comment for a purchase then it was left by someone who is perfectly happy to breach ebay rules so who is to say they did not give the bidder a very good reason for not paying? Also with something like a car a buyer is perfectly correct to refuse to pay and walk away if they turn up and the pick up item is not as described. If you want to block them then why wouldn't you cancel their bid, you can do both the cancellation and cancellation by following the links in the site map, there is a link at the bottom of every page.

Have you ever thought about the fact that cars are a payment on pick up item and therefore the buyer may have gone to view the vehicle only to find out that there was something wrong with it and was within their right to walk away and not pay?????? Obviously not seeing this way...
