How to figure parcel postage rate.

Hi. I’m wanting to sell some stuff. How do I work out a flat rate for anywhere delivery in Australia for item under 500grams? How do I determine the rate if a buyer buys more than one item? Iv a heap of vhs tapes to sell. Like 400.

Best way is to see how many tapes you get in a 500g satchel then 1kg and 3kg.

Then you could have in the description to get a postage cost from you if it is 10 or more tapes or along those lines.

AP flat rate for own packaing for <500g is $8.30. eBay's for 500g satchels is $7.55, but you have to buy the satchels ($3.00 for a 20 pack).

AP satchels are $8.50 in singles, less for bulk. There are usually a few selling them here, so you can get them reasonably cheap when eBay is offering discounts.

There was a post about a month ago reporting the existance of fake AP satchels, I know it started as express satchels but there was at least one poster that claimed it was the ordinary satchels affected as well.

Thanks everyone. I’ll buy the bags direct from Aus Post. And check how many I can cram in. Thanks again.
