How to find sales for last two years.

Just posted this in the answer centre, but its a handy tip that I thought might be worth posting on the main boards.

With tax time coming up, people may want to find sales data for the last 12 months ( or two years ) This used to be very difficult but Ebay now have a system in place to view all sales records for two years. This includes searchable 3 monthly block sales totals, plus individual sales, but its hidden away pretty well. It works for stores, but I dont know if it applies to non store accounts. Steps as follows.

My Ebay - Selling - Sales ( with the bar graphs ) ....... And the hidden bit..... the arrow symbol to the right of the word " sales". Click on this and a whole new world of searchable sales information opens up, going back at least two years. . Happy EOFY !

It goes back to 1 Jan 2015 (but you can only search in 3 month blocks).

We use the PayPal transaction detail download function.  Info arrives in Excel format and then you can manipulate/search the data as you wish, very quickly
