How to mark as paid an item picked up?

I sold an item that was paid for upon pick up. I cannot find a place to mark the item as paid!?

Go to the item on your awaiting payment and postage page and click the dropdown to the left of the item. There will be the option to mark as paid and also mark as sent. You need to select both.

Just mark as sent and that should finalise it.

It needs to be marked as sent too.

I have a feeling the paid option does not always show as I may have had the same issue.
