In your My eBay there should be a list of all the items you have for sale. Locate the duplicate listing and click 'More Actions' to bring up a dropdown menu of options. The fourth one down is End Item. Click that and confirm that you want to end it. ๐

I did exactly the same thing when I started selling, although i did actually have more than one of the same item. As digital said if you follow that advice you will be fine. It will ask you why you are ending it........when it happened to me I just clicked on the " error in listing" option.

If you click the box to the left of the listing (in My Selling), then select "End" at the top or bottom of the list, you don't have to give a reason.
