I can't find my seller dashboard in account

I've googled this and my account does not have seller dashboard as one of the tabs...why is this?

If you have not yet received feedback for 10 items sold on a particular ID, you will not have a seller dashboard option.  Once you receive 10 seller feedback the links appear.

Have you sold anything....is your account even registered as a selling account?
