I want to sell an item on Australian Stamps & EBay says there is a problem When will it be fixed?

I have been trying to list an item to sell on Australian Stamps for the past 2 days. A message appears & says E Bay is having a problem and try again in a few minutes. I still cannot list this item.

How long will it be before I can list items for sale again?
