Hi,
I generally only ship within Australia, but lately due to interest I am branching out.
When I add a postage option for international, it only gives me 3 options:
- Standard International Flat Rate
- Interparcel Standard
- Interparcel Express.
No matter which I choose, it asks me for the buyer to pay a flat rate. It does not do the calculation, ie by the box and weight dimensions? I am confused. How am I suposed to work it out? Also who the heck is interparcel?
Why cant it function like domestic post, and it will calculate based on the buyers location so long as I put parcel dimensions and weight in?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, no offence is there any specific reason why you want to ship overseas during an epidemic?? Just have a look at these other threads.

If you really want to ship overseas use an express service like DHL, Fedex or UPS.
