I sold an item but seller didn't pay, Went through resolutions centre and case closed but ebay charged sale fees anyway, even though I immediately relisted- - 261263575374

Contact eBay by phone (not live chat or email) and explain. They can check your case history and do the refund of your final value fees manually if necessary.

did you 'close the case'

if it closed with no further responses you wont get your fvf

if you closed it with the response, after 4 days, that the item is still not paid for, you will get your fvf
