I sold an item but seller didn't pay, Went through resolutions centre and case closed but ebay charged sale fees anyway, even though I immediately relisted- - 261263575374

I sold an item, buyer did not contact not pick up; after 3 emails and no contact I opened a case in Resolution Centre which states they will try contact for 4 days, this was done on 23/7. Since then case has remained as 'waiting on buyer contact", no...
