I sold an item, buyer did not contact not pick up; after 3 emails and no contact I opened a case in Resolution Centre which states they will try contact for 4 days, this was done on 23/7. Since then case has remained as 'waiting on buyer contact", no info to me even after i sent a specific request to ebay for more information
What is going on!!!
