I have been trying to list 2 items to sell and when I go to list the item I get a screen that tells me eBay can’t find the page.
I don’t know how many times I have tried to list and get the same message. I have tried 3 different browsers and two different computers. Receive the same message when I try to list!!!
Appears if you do a Google search many other sellers have exactly the same problem.
I tried to use contacting an expert seller but this didn’t help.
Just cannot see how I can direct this problem to eBay to resolve.
I am looking around for an alternative platform to sell my items.
Absolutely frustrated!

Have you registered for Managed Payments? I am not a seller, but apparently you can't sell or list items if you have not registered for MP.

There is a help option to contact eBay at the top of every page
But as mentioned (And I would say it is 99% likely) the issue is that you have not completed the sign up to Managed Payments correctly
If that is the case, Managed Payments is already required by many other sites before it was by eBay, and will be coming to more in the future
