Probably just bowing to customer demand.
Of course, certain things made processing labels via eBay a bit more attractive, primarily the discount on assessed 500gm parcels, but now that that's ended, perhaps AP have an interest in increasing the incentive to use C&S. I know that I'll be processing any labels I have to via C&S as while I have an incentive to save myself and / or my buyers money, I have no incentive to contribute to whatever deal is between eBay / AP (assuming there is one), and I wouldn't mind qualifying for the Business 250 thing to save a little on international postage at some point. ๐
