Made a sale, buyer chose pick up.

Hi,

I made a sale and it was paid for on 23rd April.  Buyer chose to pick up the item.  I have sent two emails with my address and mobile number and asking when they will be able to pick up.  No reply as yet.

Is there a time limited for the buyer to pick up an item?

Thank you for any replies in advance.  I've been on eBay for 20 years but haven't used these boards since they changed the format,   I found it difficult to use!

So, TWO business days. 25th was a public holiday. Anecdotally, a lot of people took Friday off as well.

The time limit is what you want it to be. Up to 30 days(?). Maybe stop panicking this early?

Paid on 23rd, two days before holidays so I think a reply to my emails would be expected..it's been 5 days.

Today is the 27th. So 4 days, not 5. With a public holiday in between. TWO business days, in fact.

Assuming your business practices are better than your maths, given your time as an eBay seller, you are up with eBay selling guidelines and already know the answer to your rhetorical 'question'.
