Mobile phone shows FREE post, when it's actually FREIGHT

This post is just a heads up.

This is the second time this has happened.  Buyer using mobile phone to buy messaged to say she couldn't pay and to contact seller for freight. cost.  She thought it strange as the listing showed 'free post'.  I've also seen this occasionally on my listings when doing a scroll through on my mobile while sitting in a waiting room.

I did contact eBay, and advised the buyer had bought in good faith of 'free' post, and I saw no reason why I should cover the cost of post either when it was an eBay error.  After a lot of tooing and froing (if that's how they are spelt), eBay has agreed that it is a glitch in the mobile phone app. and are going to reimburse me for the post cost via crediting my seller fees.

So just be wary if you have post set to FREIGHT, and someone buys using a mobile phone.
