New payout timing options and more

Thank you for all your continued support as we modernise our platform to make the selling and payments experience simpler on eBay. Here’s the latest updates that make selling on eBay even easier.

More payout timing options now available

  • In addition to weekly and daily payout options, you can now choose to receive your payouts in your bank account on a monthly or fortnightly basis. Selecting a longer payout schedule means easier reconciliation and fewer charges to your connected bank account or credit card. Choosing to let earnings accrue between payouts allows you to conveniently use your eBay funds for expenses such as shipping, refunds, and fees. If you prefer to receive funds sooner, choose daily payouts. If you choose daily payouts, eBay now initiates payouts on weekend days as well as weekdays.  Review your payout schedule here. Multi-user account access

  • You’re now able to delegate important post-transaction customer service responsibilities to your trusted employees—without worrying about compromising the security of your account. Easily authorise your employees to take on crucial tasks, including managing returns and seller initiated refunds, so you can scale your customer service operation. Helpful Information on payment dispute seller protections

  • We’ve updated our Payment dispute seller protections page to offer more helpful details on how these protections work. Visit our new and improved page for more guidance on how to respond to a payment dispute, what evidence to provide, and when you'll be protected. You’ll also find more information on how to appeal for seller protection on a dispute.  For more information on how eBay protects sellers, visit the Help Hub.

Improved transaction report experience

  • You can also now download a PDF that lists every single transaction and line item for the given time period. This gives you a detailed backup to your bookkeeping software that you can easily store offline.
