No listing or final value fees But account shows other

OK so I took up Ebays offer to me to sell 3 items I no longer needed & pay no listing or final value fees ending 2 June 15. I listed 2 items  on 31 May & 1 item 1 June.

I item sold, 1 didnt, 1 still active. The one sold has my account showing a final value fee??? So how did ebay get this wrong, how do I remedy, as I am considering pulling the active listing.

Really no FVF ? I would check that offer again, it doesn't sound right.

My guess is that the FVF will be credited at the end of the monthly sales period. That's usually what happens, but if it's not removed from your next invoice, give eBay a ring.

To HBH: A number of sellers did receive promos via email, where they were given their next 3 sales with no FVF payable. Clearly you and I missed out. 😞

ThankU   cq_tech  Will take your advise & wait until end of month.

I believe the offer  may have been an incentive from Ebay as I have not listed for quite a while

Cheers

Did you check the fine print?

Someone asked about these -

http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/2568

http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/2569

http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/2570

And they all say 'first 3 bundles'  -   whatever that means.

But clearly not a single item?

Bundles= more than 1 item in each listing for example 1 pair of socks a shirt and shorts is a bundle.

Several items in the same listing.

If you put all your listings together as one listing that would have been a bundle.

So I'm afraid you will be paying for those fees.

Well 'bundle' didnt enter into my equasion or email.

Email told me to list 3 items no longer needed & pay 'no listing or final value fees' offer ended midnight 2 June & I clicked button 'to take up offer'

I am now more confused than ever with 2 different takes on this offer.

Can anyone please clarify whether this was a 'claytons' offer from ebay?  ie the offer offered that doesn't mean what was offered?
