Once upon a time, you could offer un-paid items to the next highest bidder

Is this still in the system? I searched, couldn't find any literature

Also, if i cancel the order after 4 days due to non payment, will it affect the process of offering it to the next highest bidder?

But, does "second chance offers" come up as an option after you cancel the order?

Thanks, but I still can't seem to find this link,  select  - Second Chance Offer, in my sold items in the sellers dash?

How to make a Second Chance Offer

It's easy to make a Second Chance Offer, here's how:

  1. Find your listing in either My eBay Selling Activity or Seller Hub.
  2. Select Second Chance Offer from More actions, and then Continue.
  3. Select the quantity of items you have to sell, the duration of the offer, and the bidders you want to send offers to. Then select Continue.

We'll send the bidders you selected an email, and it's their choice whether to accept the offer. Your offer expires if the bidder doesn't respond within the duration you chose.

"More actions", does this show "after" you cancelled the order?

Logic would say "yes", since until then it's a completed order so no second chance available.
