You don't. eBay does.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of Managed Payments.
If it's for the Airpods, you might never see your money as the buyer claims they are fake.

You must be registered for Managed Payments.
You must have both your ID and your bank account verified with eBay.
Read this: Registering as a seller
(Itโs eBayโs help page on this topic.)
eBay will only disburse funds into your linked transactional bank account.
Note too that your funds will be on hold for at least 21 days โ applies to new sellers, infrequent sellers, returning sellers, sellers perceived as possibly a risk, etc.

I'd be more concerned with addressing the feedback
DID you tell the buyer they were fake?
You have falsely listed as 'brand new' as it is, yet photos show an open box and clearly not 'brand new'
I am surprised your buyer did not pick up on that in itself, so they would win a not as described dispute on that alone
It's not like the 'old' days where you could sell whatever and run
Would'nt even worry about signing up for Managed Payments, if the buyer opens an official dispute they will get their money back anyway, and if they provide proof the eBay you sold fakes, you won't have an eBay account to worry about
You certainly won't be paid

Think that's a first I've ever seen a -1 - for 1.
