I can't believe it .. I sent a refund on the postage to the customer as the online calculator price abnd the PO price were out so I refund the customer $14.00...Then... PP take .36c out for fees...?! What !!! They take money out for the initial postage price then take more out if you refund..??? That's rediculous.. Ok.. Now vented .. Thanks for reading

Have another look at your PayPal refund transaction. You'll see that the refund was a total of $14, funded by $13.64 from your balance and .36 from PayPal. The 36c is a pro-rata refund of the PayPal fees originally paid.
